  This was the most friendly and seamless appointment I’ve had with a physician in such a long time. I feel like they focus on the patients’ needs first and foremost rather than the “taboo” details of the process. I’m so thankful this is available because I want to feel 100% comfortable with my treatment and this is why they’re here!

  The doctor and staff are very friendly! I felt nervous at first but their calm tone and comforting conversations definitely helped. You can tell they genuinely care for their patients and that makes all the difference.

  I went to these doctors to get my original card and it was quick and simple. The doctor was just worried about getting through the call and barely looking at the video but it is what it is. I just re certified with them today and another easy and great experience. The doctor today was friendly, kind and even let me know he’s dealing with a few people with my illnesses and they’ve been finding medical marijuana helpful. All in all the call to pay my fees and the doctors appt itself took maybe 20 minutes and was simple and easy. If you’re worried about the process being complex or costly just give them a call and you’ll see how easy it is

  Doc was awesome, was very informative, and thorough. Have absolutely NOTHING negative to say. My appointment went fast, was even seen before my set time, and I was in the waiting room for less then 10 minutes. The fact that it was a virtual appointment made it all that much better since I didn't have to drive 35 minutes away or sit in traffic. I have and still would 1,000% definitely recommend. I am a very satisfied patient.

  What a great experience! Dr. Koff is simply amazing. He is brilliant, compassionate and personable. One of the best doctors I've ever met. Gabrielle, the senior medical office assistant is also great! She is super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend this office to everyone! Thanks for all that you do!
