(July 9, 2023, 3:15 pm)Our experience with Lisa was top notch in the installation of our primary bedroom walk in closet. She was professional, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we (my husband and I) got exactly what we wanted from our closet system installation. She also is a wiz at making the most of your available space and presenting options that are customized based on your needs. When a small detail was missed she took responsibility for ensuring that it was rectified immediately. The installers were quick, thorough, on-time and professional as well. I wondered about what the quality of the closet system would be but I can tell you that it is excellent! Cedar drawers with a durable finish! We received the best system that met our budget. We LOVE our new and improved closet. If you are wondering if changing something like a closet that no one else sees will make a difference I can tell you it does. Having an organized space that has a place for everything to neatly go has done wonders for our psych. We feel a sense of relief and happiness when we walk into our closet as opposed to dread. It was a great investment not only in our home but to our sense of well being. We will use California Closets and specifically Lisa again!

She gave us tons of storage so that there is a place for everything and the two gentlemen who installed did a Spectacular job. They were so careful especially since the closets were freshly painted. They were organized and each closet looks great. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We love both spaces (and wish we had them do our guest closet, too, maybe later). The design process went smoothly, and they sent a team to install both areas at the same time. They sent someone back to handle two minor issues in response to our call and request. We would recommend them to anyone contemplating closet and/or office design, especially in a compact space.

(June 4, 2023, 10:09 am)Highly recommend. Everything went so smooth and we got some good insights from Millie's (our representative) designs. She was very accommodating and helped us out with our requests. Then within a few weeks a capable mechanic came to install everything. It only took him a few hours and he even tidied up. All in all a lovely experience. So lovely that we're meeting Millie again for some input for our office.

This the most beautiful & spacious closet I’ve ever seen, trust me, this thing looks like it’s out of a fairytale story book, doesn’t look like something I’ve ever dreamt of. Amy, the designer was friendly, smart, professional & responsive to all of my needs. Boy, then came Ray, the master closet installer of all times! Ray & his partner Mel are simply amongst the best in the business. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly & respectful.
