  Delicious. Easily Top 3 Cheesesteaks you'll ever have. I recommend the Cooper sharp with fried onions and long hots. The sandwich itself is a monster and can be shared between 2-3 people.

  First timer today. Meaty. Huge cheese steak. Delicious bread. If you normally ask for extra cheese, don’t the normal order has plenty. I feel satisfied & can’t wait to go back. Cheese steak hunters PLEASE TRY CAFE CARMELA

  Had lunch with my work team.
  The food was great & the servers were very friendly.
  Nice storefront restaurant, can be a short wait. Has a cute seating area outside, can be a little noisy when crowded.

  Got a takeout order of the maggs pizza and mozzarella squares tonight. I placed my order online and went to pick up and it was in my hands 2 min after I got there :) The flavor was good! The pizza was a bit more floppy than I would have liked but still tasty. Large pizza I have left overs good for parties!

  Was a little nervous this place wasn’t going to live up to the hype. It exceeded it. I lived in Philly for 11 years now and this cheesesteak is a top contender. I would put it up against any top spot in the entire city. It’s hard to say which is the best but this is certainly a contender. The Nonni pizza was incredible. It comes out looking very heavy but it’s so light and fluffy with an incredible crunch to it. Also the older gentleman who brings out the pizza is worth the price of admission alone. He is a gem. Our server Fabritzio was fantastic. You can tell this is a family owned establishment. I would suggest getting there around 4:45 and putting your name in because you will have to wait but it is worth it. 10/10 recommended

I would expect a little better considering the price. The mozzarella app was excellent! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20-30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fried Mozzarella. I had the extreme pleasure of dining at Cafe Carmela. Wow, the food was great.
