  It was our first time visiting the store. We were there specially to have a first hand trying the strollers and car seats before ordering online. There weren't too many varieties on display but anyways we were just fiddling with the ones they had. We were pleasantly greeted by Luis who helped us learn about the carseats and strollers and even though he was busy doing his own work, he stopped and helped us by describing all the pros and cons of different brands and answering our questions. We finally decided on one of the brands hoping to return again when time comes. Thanks Luis.

  I would like to share my personal experiences with this location, after reading every single review i felt the need to have this publicly addressed! I've had exceptional service each and every single visit to this location by two employees Thomas who is an absolute delight to speak to while shopping for car seats for my grands I could tell he was fairly new from the tone of being unsure he reached for help from his manager Shannon who came over to assist him. Shannon was a walking book of knowledge her personality in such a short conversation made me 100 comfortable on my final decision! She even helped me find my coupons to assist with my purchase. Such a beautifully spirited young woman! My only concern is there were on three Associates total on a busy Saturday! I've noticed over the last few visits there is no staff to accommodate the clientele! How can you run a business with no staff? This is where I'm sure upper management and corporate has dropped the ball! Who's in charge who allows this to happen? Why have these young people work under this stress and pressure when I'm sure the big wigs are just pushing papers behind a desk! How can you three people doing the job of at least six or more and expect positive reviews? It's at no fault of the youth as stated previously every visit everyone is always extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable! Let's hire up it's totally unfair for this BIG company to treat their staff like slaves!!!
