  Beautiful grounds with a farm. The inn itself is cozy and well kept. It is updated and modern but still captures the more rustic/old appeal. We had a lovely time walking around on the property.
  
  Breakfast was fresh and well cooked. Service was wonderful. There is a little buffet with breads, fruit salad, granola, baked pastry of the day, and hard boiled eggs. Hot food is cooked to order from the menu of the day.
  
  They have afternoon tea with baked goods every day.
  
  Room was well decorated and clean with the old time feel. Only complaint was the bed itself was far too soft for our liking, but others who prefer soft beds would enjoy.
  
  The inn is under construction but we weren’t disturbed by any noise.

  I recently visited Buttermilk Falls Inn & Spa for a two night stay. The inn is a very old home converted into a bed and breakfast style
  experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was disappointing from what I expected as far as size and privacy. The room and inn were very clean though. The hot breakfast service and food were definitely the highlights. The hot breakfast was delicious and service was outstanding. There is a buffet available with toast and cereal as well for breakfast but we opted for the hot breakfast both mornings.
  
  There is a lot of construction going on along the property so the restaurant was moved in town and the spa to a different location on the grounds. We did not try the spa so cannot speak to that. We were able to walk around the property which was a nice experience.
  
  I would recommend the inn if you are looking for a bed and breakfast type of getaway. It is a quiet and relaxing place to get away for a few days.

  Clean room with a lovely fireplace and balcony with views of Hudson River. Personable and welcoming front desk staff. Brandon made our stay feel special. The cook to order hot complimentary breakfast was impressive. Fresh local farm menu at Henry’s was delicious. Kara’s CBD massage was the best! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the spa doesn’t have a locker room or private area to relax and wait for your massage. It was a little awkward spa check in/out process. In our room, the bathtub jets didn’t work and the old children paintings were a little scary lol. Overall great experience.
