  BTC installed a hitch with tail light connections for my 2019 Mazda CX5. They were very professional in explaining what hitch I needed for a multi bike rack. Did a real nice job installing the light package specific for my vehicle that was compatible and did not affect the navigation and vehicle electronics. I would recommend. Lots of places like U-haul may be cheaper but these people are pros and anytime wiring is involved get a pro. The store is a veritable candy land for trailer parts and accessories down to specific bolts and trailer pins. Also sell complete trailers.

  I wanted to express my gratitude to a great team of store operators on May 6th 2023. Sean was one of them but I did not register the name of the other gentlemen - Sean's senior. My trailer broke down (hubs on both sides) in Burlington NJ, and I was very fortunate to be directed to this store. Not only they had needed parts available, but they showed genuine compassion to my situation (repairs on the side of the road). They allow me to clean up in the stores restroom and upon my return to the counter, there was my box of parts I purchased and in addition a role of paper towels and a can of degreaser they pulled from their truck. I was send on my way with a wish for a speedy successful repair and invited back if needed more assistance. I would like the leadership of BTC to recognize these two gentleman for excellent customer service they extended to me. Thank you both!

  I had a grill guard, running boards, a box put under the back seat for storage, seat covers, window vent covers, wheel well flares, LED lights on the front and back, lights under the dash, lights in the bed of the truck and rock lights in the wheel wells installed there. They were professional with ordering, realistic about what could and couldn't be done and gave accurate estimates for hourly labor. The gentleman at the counter (Henry) was friendly and diligent to double check everything. Everyone took pride in there work and insisted on getting pictures of their work when they were finished. They made sure that I was happy with everything even to the point of remounting the rear LEDs a second time for better functioning. I would recommend this place to everyone. The one negative is that they don't do rims there but they can do almost anything else. Wish I could give more then 5 stars!
