(August 13, 2023, 6:01 pm)Pep boys quoted twice as much for the same work and said it would take most of the day. At Hyundai it was done in 40 minutes for more than half the price. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable. The waiting room has free coffee and snacks. A definite bonus! A great experience.

Salesman was very patient and informative, the finance representative was very helpful and again no pressure he made sure we understood the process and paperwork. The showroom was very clean and presentable. Best buying experience I ever had.

I had to ask for an unusual accommodation for a necessary repair to my Tucson, and my usual dealership was not at all helpful. But Tony at Burlington went above and beyond to help me. He was friendly, kind and understanding. The day of my appointment, the repair was done quickly, everything went smoothly and they were finished in less time than I anticipated. The service writers, Chris and Sean, were also great! I used to get service at another dealership, but because of this experience I will definitely be returning to Burlington. Thank you!

(May 28, 2023, 5:23 pm)I wanted to write this comment on March 13,2023. On March 13,2023 I was schedule to have a appointment with Burlington Hyundai Service Station. Make a long story short my brakes had a loud grinding noise. So February 27th of 2023 I decided enough is enough my car was dangerous for me too drive. I took the chance driving in a dangerous car to Burlington Hyundai Service Station. When I arrived at Burlington Hyundai I spoke to Tony Sacco explaining about my schedule appointment with Burlington Hyundai Service Station for March 13,2023 and I couldn't wait until March 13,2023 . Also I had to get a rental car because I was unable to drive my car. I left the service station leaving my car and not knowing when Burlington Hyundai Service Station will service my car. Tony stated that they had a busy day and he will see what he can do. Soon when I arrived at the rental station I received a phone call from Burlington Hyundai. Tony stated that he was able to get my car in and my car will be ready that day. I KNOW Tony went way beyond the call of duty. I want to Thank Tony and his fellow workers for caring about me and understanding what I was going through. TONY (Burlington Hyundai Service Station deserved a Gold Metal for putting people first especially me. I will give Burlington Hyundai Service Station a thousand stars if I was able to do so. I'm glad I took the chance in driving my car to Burlington Hyundai and now i know my car is safe to drive. I will recommend if anyone has car troubles to take theirs car to Burlington Hyundai because you will be walking out Happy
