  ATENTION! CLOSED SUNDAYS JULY & AUGUST!
  The light$ are on and not shown on the library website or here on maps.
  Totally renovated and expanded (2012), building with the addition of a large auditorium, a children's mini auditorium ish room, conference rooms (one large room with a dividing curtain), a media area, a teen area, a security station, a drive up book drop box, a concession area with a seating area, and a amphitheatre. All the original facilities still remain like the actual library, lol the children's library, video library, historical documents room, computers, etc. Many programs are offered, including indoor and outdoor concerts. Theamphitheatere area includes a concession building with attached bathroom and a couple of picnic tables under a shelter. Besides a large parking area (still not enough when concerts are well attended), there is a dedicated handicapped parking area next to the amphitheater. Enjoy. It's all paid for with the dedicated library tax, so consider all this a paid for service and accept nothing but the best.

  Absolutely love this library. Everyone that works at this library is super friendly and always willing to help. They also have outdoor activities as well as well as concerts. The grounds are kept very clean neat and orderly. I highly recommend this library are awesome.

  Wonderful, large, very well-equipped library that surpasses any other public libraries in the region (and beyond). Staff are cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Facilities are excellent. Many study cubbyholes, good computer lab, private-study rooms, wide selection of materials including a pretty huge novels section. Pleasant children’s section, separate teens’ room, terrific DVD collection, also games and more. A pretty full calendar of events too. And welcoming to clubs like chess and mahjong etc.
  
  Only three negatives I can think of:
  1. AC is too cold. You’ll need a hoodie even in summer, especially if you’ll be longer than a few minutes. One could practise by sitting in a refrigerated box for a few hours. (AC is a major contributor to global warming.)
  2. Vagabond/homeless young people come in and sit in desirable workstations just to listen to their own phones all day. Some smell conspicuously like cannabis. Sometimes adult scholars or professionals need these spots for bonafide academic work. A check-in policy for certain sections might help.
  3. Staff do not enforce, and in fact do violate themselves, the age-old traditional policy of keeping voices down in deference to people who are in the library to, you know, actually read (or listen to) books. Loud cafeteria-level speaking voices inhibit text-based study. If they’d keep it down - and gently remind others to do so - I’d be giving this library five stars.

  My ex wife and still my most trusted friend, divorced long time ago. Because of my stability and full time job, our son lives with me. Our Sundays are still started by 2 hours in the morning at the burlington County library. 15 years of best experience shared with my son spent in the best library in New Jersey. He's off to college and my Sunday is spent with other things now but if you get a chance or need information, Burlington County library. Awesome
