(June 7, 2023, 3:32 pm)They allowed me to come in when the shelter was closed to the public to do a meet and greet. I was extremely happy, especially since it worked out well and I was allowed to adopt the pup free of charge because June is a free adoption month

(April 10, 2023, 12:36 am)Although I cannot speak from experience, it seems that adopting a dog from here is cumbersome based on other replies. However, it seems the cat adoptions go smoothly. Not sure why that is. I adopted a cat from here and it was a very painless experience, the people were friendly and helpful. They have a donation section for any supplies new owners may need --and it is PACKED full of stuff.
My only small problem is their kitten fee is something like $60 while their adult cat fee is something like $25, and when adopting my very much adult cat, I was charged the $60. I don't really care though, consider it a donation. -

(February 19, 2023, 11:47 am)The staff and volunteers are beyond superior, caring attentive and there for all the right reasons! Adopting is a smooth process and they start you off on your new pet journey on the right foot. Highly recommended.
