(August 10, 2022, 9:36 pm)Our son had a great experience in the ones and twos classrooms here. The teachers were a pleasure. As he got older we saw his development and his attachment to the school community get stronger. We were accommodated every time we needed some schedule adjustments which we felt very lucky about too. Great addition to the neighborhood and a wonderful start to our firstborns education.

(May 13, 2022, 10:04 am)My son (3) adores his teachers and friends at Building Blocks. The kids do lots of fun and educational activities. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided which is super convenient also the menu is varied and nutritious and our little guy loves it. The teachers keep up updated on what the kids are up to via an app (picture updates, videos, what he ate, if there’s an issue). Yelena, the director, is very communicative, kind and and flexible. She understands what the juggle of being a working parent of a toddler is, as she is one herself. We truly loved our experience and are sad to leave. The teachers Ms.Victoria and Ms. Sky are exceptional: always full of energy, bright and happy to see the kids. They worked closely with us through various developmental phases (like potty training, learning how to redirected frustration and much more). Overall a beautiful experience for my family

(April 28, 2022, 2:17 pm)We send our 3 yo at Building Blocks. Fantastic day care, all the teachers are great. Our little one saw a drastic improvement in conversation, social, and practical learning within a couple of weeks. The facility is in a safe secure part of Greenpoint / Williamsburg. Kids have a lot of learning and fun. Lastly, Teachers are attentive, understanding and work with your child in a very positive, constructive manner.

(April 4, 2022, 12:22 pm)Our 2-year old daughter attended Building Blocks for the last year and we had an incredible experience. We recommend the school whole-heartedly and without reserve. It was incredibly well run and organized. Our daughter developed and grew in so many ways. The teachers were wonderful (we went from 1-yr to 2-yr classrooms) and so caring. And the level of communication was superb. The owners are present every day, take great pride in this terrific Pre-school and were spot on with all advice they gave us. Our new school has big shoes to fill but we no longer live in the neighborhood.

(March 23, 2022, 10:33 am)We had a wonderful experience at Building Blocks of Greenpoint! Our daughter started when she was 2 and it was her first daycare/school experience. She was really nervous to go, but her teachers were so kind and she was having a blast within the first few days. The facility is always spotless and there is excellent daily communication about how her day went — including pictures! Unfortunately, we had to move and we miss it so much! Highly recommend.
