  Builders General is the best! We have a personal rep (Peter) who is always a phone call away for all of our needs. He is the best!! Everyone at the counter is super helpful. We go to all of the Builder General locations depending where our job is and everyone is so pleasant, you can really tell it is a family owned buisness. Builders General takes pride in every sale small or large. They are a well rounded buisness down to even to loading materials and deliveries. (Shout out to Jay in Little Silver- he is super helpful!)

  The best service of any building/ home supply store anywhere!
  The service here is always expert, thorough, and courteous.
  We needed a few sheets of plywood siding that was a custom length and had to be ordered.
  I called the store and the sales rep was super patient and asked me several questions to make sure he and I understood exactly what type I needed. Even though this was a small order, he didn't rush me. I had to check what was on the house and get back to him.
  When I called back, he was again patient and courteous. He said he would have to see what was available and confirm the price for this custom item. He called back quickly with the price and an estimate of when it could be delivered. The item came in sooner than promised and the sales rep called to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
  The driver came when scheduled and was super careful with the plywood. He was also very considerate by offering to put the plywood exactly where I wanted it.
  Builder's General has a reputation for high-quality products and great service and I totally agree! Everyone at Builder's General knows how to treat a customer.

  If I could leave 6 stars, I would. I must say, dealing with Gabriel Isaza throughout my purchasing process these last few months has been nothing but a pleasure. He always went above and beyond to help me. I have never had to purchase building materials before and had NO idea how to buy or install a door, so when I was emailing him with hundreds of questions about measurements, rough openings, door design, and what the terminology on the quotes meant, he was SO patient and answered every single one with a professional demeanor. He got back to me quickly and always asked if I had any more questions. He has made this process easy for me, and I feel truly confident in my purchase. Thank you for hiring kind and helpful people like Gabriel. I will definitely purchase from Builders General if I ever have another need in the future.
