  We had so much fun making our stuffed animals today. Sarah was so patient and kind with our very indecisive crew. She took the time to explain what she was going to do next and made sure all purchases were parent approved (much appreciated!) She was on alone and was very efficient when a line stared to form. We didn’t feel rushed at all and no one waited for a long time. We had a really great experience from start to finish. Someone give Sarah a raise! She was absolutely lovely, excellent customer service! Thank you so much Sarah for the special experience and for telling us about the Build A Bear show on Netflix! We’re already obsessed!

  Cute outfits for cute characters. Wish price was a little cheaper, but employees were super nice.

  Took my 8yo and 2yo here today for the first time and it was great! Rachie, Andi, and another very nice employee (didn’t catch her name) were all so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back.

  Despite a very busy mall and time of year, each employee was so helpful and kind! They had remembered my name from an earlier phone call and helped me right away. Very excited to give my partner her gift!
