  We went for a repair of my son's build a bear and to replace the voice module. Everyone was so nice and helpful. It is an awesome store

  i’m just here to say thank you to the amazing employee who after i was short for a product, paid for it. the love i felt from her was truly magical. thank you so much rachyl :) i could never thank you enough. i know it seems so small and minuscule but after a weeks long depression, i was trying to find anything to make me smile outside of my twitter account. thank you so much for everything today. for an item costing $11.50 (which seems like so much to me as a 15 year old high school student making almost nothing), this is something i’m never going to stop talking about to my friends.

  My daughter and I had the most wonderful experience. The staff there was awesome and super friendly. They let my daughter participate in every step. The Huntington build A bear are amazing. Thank you all

  The concept for this company is ingenious! Who knew that making a bear and putting outfits on it, would be as much fun for u as the child, at least that had been my experience? The outfits and corresponding accessories are adorable and addictive. I'm as excited and captivated with all the adorable little pieces as my daughter. My only objection is the price, it is expensive considering ur buying stuff for a stuffed animal, but it's so cute and eye catching u buy it anyway. The staff is friendly, and helpful and knows how to engage with children. Overall it has been a positive experience. If I could I buy just about everything in the store, I would.
