  We took our great granddaughter there yesterday. The associate there was so lovely and caring. She helped my great granddaughter pick what stuffed animal she wanted. The associate did such a great job of interacting with my granddaughter when it was time to place a red heart into the stuffed animal. Great experience for all. Highly recommend.

  Took my daughter there today for her birthday. She had a great experience. It's not cheap for sure with all of the extras but she's so happy with her bunny.
  There was only one person working but she was very pleasant.

  My boyfriend and I came here for the first time in years for an early Valentine’s Day!! We both grew up consistently going to build-a-bear, and it was so lovely to be able to relive that feeling as adults! The Pokémon promotion was super exciting, and we were overjoyed to find these Teddiursa and a matching sound to go with them! Christina helped us and she was so lovely and kind, and genuinely seemed interested in us and our interests! We truly felt like kids again :)

  Nice place to go with kids. Be advised that during "peak" times, the staff can get overwhelmed which creates long lines.
  
  They do have their own bathroom. In order to use it, you have to ask the staff for a key so that you can unlock the door. It's a great feature especially when you are traveling with little kids in a crowded mall.
