(June 9, 2023, 5:03 am)I had an excellent experience at Buhler! They have a great inventory and fair pricing. The facility is modern and sharp. The staff is outstanding. I bought a RAM and decided to upgrade from one truck to another and they moved my deposit without hesitation.
They don’t sell you a vehicle the Shepard you through your decision. This was refreshing since many dealerships use aggressive closing tactics, not the case at Buhler.
Joan Gallup was my sales associate and she is dedicated and knowledgeable. Emile helped me find the upgrade truck from my first choice again a happy knowledgeable sales professional. Remson is a long time acquaintance and has a lifetime of auto dealer experience he was very helpful with his advice and showed true leadership throughout my visits.
The financial people are excellent and there weee a few people there who remembered me from growing up in Hazlet.
They treat you like a friend and this is why they are so successful. -

Rich went above and beyond. He was able to secure a very in demand white Jeep until I could get there on Saturday. There were no surprises and he was even able to negotiate a better lease price for me. I highly recommend Buhler Jeep. Ask for Rich.

(March 7, 2023, 8:02 am)I had the pleasure of dealing with Emil yesterday. He was able to give me a great deal on a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L, while providing a more than generous offer on my 2017 Ram 1500 that I wanted to trade in.
Aside from the numbers working out, Emil was accommodating, easy going, and provided a level of customer service I have never experienced at a dealership. It was a great experience and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Buhler and Bitter and expanding my Jeep “family” of vehicles. -
