Buff City Soap - Wilmington

Excellent customer service. Wonderfully set up shop. It's very bright and welcoming in there! I wish I could buy more soap more often, just to go back in there, but their high quality soaps last forever! A wonderful problem to have! I've sent their website information to all of my friends down th East Coast, so hopefully they'll throw all their money at 'em too. Thanks for providing a wonderful service and excellent product!

Very friendly and amazing service! Knowledgeable about what they do here, I even loved a scent so much and they were able to put it in a scrub for me right in the store!

Last Christmas we had covid and my sister dropped off the “breathe” and “headache” (I believe that’s what whey were called) soaps and shower melts and they made it all a little easier. I finally stopped by the Wilmington store yesterday/Tuesday evening because I wanted to pick up soap for my sister, who has not stopped talking about how much she loves them since she’s given them to me. Truthfully, I had not paid any attention to the time OR the store hours. It was just a few minutes before 7pm. The store was empty and staff was straightening up the already very neat store. I picked out 2 bundles of 4 for $20, (treated myself too), asked a few questions, signed up for rewards, and was happily on my way. Pulling out of the parking lot I noticed it was 7:08pm and it occurred to me the store must have closed at 7pm. I spent my entire childhood in a local, family owned restaurant and I am often baffled by many business’s lack of customer service. It must be noted, the staff in this store was just so kind and had me feeling so fine that I didn’t even know I had stayed beyond closing, which I’m very sorry for. I never would have walked in at 5 of closing had I known! I used a bar of soap this morning and I absolutely love it! It smells even more beautifully once it’s lathered! Thanks for a great product and very friendly staff! I am a happily devoted new customer!

Wow. Just wow. I went to pick up my ham today for Thanksgiving and happened into this heavenly spot. I cannot believe how good everything smells with the perfect amount of scent and linger. The body butter is luscious and the kids scents are perfection. Everybody gets a Christmas gift from here, especially me. I have found my new bath products spot.

went in tonight because a couple of my friends recommended, such a clean and inviting atmosphere, you were able to test everything before you bought it, and the scents are all so amazing yet not too strong, i tested the body oil, which led me to buy it because just the little bit i put on my arm made my skin so soft and smell so good, they didnt have the fresh cotton pre made in the oil, so he made it right there for me with no extra charge. would definitely recommend to anyone, and very excited they have a mens section. 10/10 will be going back, especially for the holidays
