  Just a great storage facility all around. The office team is very courteous, the location is central in the LV, easy access to your unit and the price was good…I leased for 10 years! Never any drama…even when I broke my own lock! ;0)

  My Husband & I rented a 10x30 in May 2022?… it was a very ‘’on a time crunch need it now thing.’’ Being we are from Nv.
  Moving my MIL home w/ us.
  Spencer helped us then, he was so organized & on top of everything—- completely melted my heart with kindness. Glad to see he’s moving up in the company.
  We have been back 3-4 times to check on the unit, add things… remove things… Miranda has been there. She is a GEM… helping us cut locks bc I left them in Nv… giving us later access when need, always professional & kind to us in person & on the phone.
  This last time—- we did a final move out (4/27)… the moving company messed up- came really late, after dark.
  Miranda was so kind to allow us in. She watched for the truck, so we could go eat.
  being we sat 7hrs waiting. And even offered to help with the final sweep - being the truck was loaded FINALLY @ 1230a, and we had to be @ the airport by 5.
  Who does that? Miranda did that bc she is amazing, and a really good person. I’m glad I got to know her. Experience her kindness. I will for sure rent again, if I need a unit. I will stop in to say hello every time I’m in Bethlehem. SHE IS A KEEPER…
  And the property reflects that.

  My husband and I just rented a unit here. The facility looked clean and well taken care of. The manager, Miranda, was very professional and she made the whole process easy. We would definitely recommend this facility to others.

  They have a new manager of the facility very friendly and amicable young lady who manages the property now. Process of renting was very quick and easy and would 100% rent from them again. Property was well maintained, clean and more secure than most facilities I looked at. Price was fair and cheaper than any place I called. The young lady spoke both Spanish and English and answered any questions I had without hesitation and with a smile on her face. 10/10 would recommend.
