  All is fine EXCEPT for one issue. Budget closes too early at Westchester Airport. If you have a late flight, they close at 11pm. NOT GOOD. Many people are left stranded and end up in a taxi.

  My encounter with Joseph on Dec. 28th was an easy & positive experience that should be felt by everyone. As a result of Jet Blue screwing up my departing flight, I was forced to re-rent from the airport location in person. I spoke to Joseph & he was able to handle my request with the greatest of ease. Very polite, very professional & very efficient. Prior to that, I had dealt with several agents over the phone on my original rental & extension. It had been a difficult & time consuming effort to reach an agent & get transferred to a supervisor as the agents were not able to rectify the issue I was experiencing. I saw a price on the website, tried several times to book & the site would not go any further than circling & circling without ever continuing the booking process. I tried calling & was on hold for over an hour. I finally started over with the same issue at the same point. On my third try, the website pricing had changed & was $200 more than initially quoted. Finally I spoke to a representative & was told there was nothing they could do. After having a hard time getting the agent to transfer me I reached a supervisor who was able to make the adjustment correcting the issue. Took a long time with many calls, holds, dropped calls & multiple transfers but in the end was rectified. Upon trying to extend the rental by 6 hrs due to a flight change, I again had the horrible task of trying to reach a supervisor. Very daunting, challenging & time consuming, but upon reaching the second supervisor my issue of over charging was rectified.
  On that night, 12/28/22, jet blue screwed up the flight & I was forced to rent another vehicle for 2 days until I was able to get a flight out. That’s when I met Joseph in the Westchester County Airport desk within the terminal. My encounter was brief & well handled.

  I never had a bad experience renting from Budget. And I have been doing It, going on 40+yrs now. Great vehicles, customer service, ease of checking out/checking in, friendly helpfulness of staff and the Fast Break service. Just all around Great.
