(February 27, 2023, 2:11 pm)Super friendly and helpful employees! They got our family of 6 set with ski gear last weekend. Bonus we saved $$$ by renting here instead of ski resort. We were also able to purchase a few last minute necessities (like kid socks) before skiing. I can see why many of my friends recommended.

He made the whole experience fun with no stress! I would travel back from Denver just to get skis from him again because it was such a wonderful experience! Thank you SO MUCH!!

(January 22, 2022, 7:46 pm)My wife and daughter needed some help with their ski gear and so we went to our local buckmans. We did buy some of our gear there but not all. But even still, Jim helped us and was SUPER helpful! He took his time helping them be fitted properly and answered all our questions. He made sure that both of them were happy with their fitment and made sure to let us know we are always welcome to stop in again for any help we need. Jim is the epitome of customer service in my book! He was so awesome that I ended up getting even more gear that day. I can't speak for anyone else, but Jim is the man to see if you are in need of any ski gear help!

Dave Potts was boot fitter extraordinaire during the selection of my ski boots for my difficult-to-fit feet and spent a great deal of time with me. Also comforting to know that Dave/Buckman's assured me that they will continue to tweak the boots as long as it takes to get it right. The cashiers/sales assistant (Judy) were very patient with a confusion regarding our charge. Nice to know that customer service is still valued at certain stores!!
