I have been going here for years with my family. Dr. Franklin is a wonderful doctor who explains things thoroughly.
Please note, you'll be there a while. It's a busy place. When they ask you to show up-that's the time to arrive and not any sooner.
It is nice to be able to have a hearing test at the same location.
We've gone through ear tubes, ear surgeries, loss of hearing , vertigo, and tinnitus, etc. Dr. Franklin's therapies and understanding have been wonderful, and so has his staff!
They were nice enough here. They didn't really take my condition as seriously as I'd like though. I had TTPS and they didn't seem to know much about it or have any suggestions besides distract yourself. Was basically forgotten about after they got me to do all the basic tests
Dr Franklin very well spoken explains all in way (words) understandable and not ever had too wait long in waiting room too go in frim waiting room!! Or wait long in exam rooms!! The nurses asst. In front real nice JUST NO NEGATIVE Words or actions have happened!! I've been going there approximately 3?? Years?? I will have gone back too him & plan too if I need too!!! Thanks Dr Franklin & too All staff members!!! More newer ( even Dr. Been around) should have the Mannerisms I get from Him and staff!!! Deb Woodruff~Johnson
This office is amazing. Everyone is so friendly, very thorough and helpful. Vanessa is an amazing doctor, and all of the receptionists are great. I’m honestly so happy I found this office and would recommend it to anyone.
Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Franklin gave me a thorough exam and made a follow up appointment in a reasonable time frame. Staff schedules appointments as early as possible to accommodate your schedule. Good experience.
