  How fortunate we are to have found Roy Bryhn and his team.
  
  We had a total remodel of our kitchen done this past year. Roy and his colleagues Rena, Randy and Chris, all made the process as smooth and easy as possible.
  
  There are so many elements and decisions that going into building a new kitchen. We were so thankful for the many times Rena advised us on better choices while always providing a professional designer’s touch.
  
  And thank goodness for Randy - he’s always there with a steady hand, clear communications and timely answers to any questions.
  
  Chris, the lead man on our job went above and beyond in many ways. We very much appreciated the care he took in some of the smallest details.
  
  And along the way, there was Roy. He’s like that doctor that puts you at ease the moment he walks in the door.
  
  You just know you’re gonna be in good hands with Roy Bryhn Design and Build.
  
  Can’t wait for the next project!

  We have worked with Bryhn Design/Build for 15 years. Most recently, they remodeled our master bathroom (e.g., tile floor, shower redesign, replace whirlpool tub). Previous projects include remodeling the kitchen, building a first-floor addition and replacing the deck. Even during these challenging Covid times, the bathroom remodel was completed on time and within budget. Bryhn’s onsite project manager (Rob) is a master carpenter by profession and a jack of all trades by experience. No issue was too large or too small and Rob was 100% accessible throughout the project. Our design consultant (Rena) was another great resource, helping guide product selection and serving as the liaison with vendors. Bryhn’s long-standing team of professionals uses state-of-the-art planning tools to manage project timelines, product selections, expenses and payments. It’s easy to see why employees enjoy working in this environment and take great pride in their work. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

  We have done 2 big projects in our house with Bryhn Design/Build. A total kitchen remodel a while back and more recently both upstairs bathrooms and our laundry room.
  
  For both projects the whole process was excellent. The design phase and the ability to make material and appliance choices to fit our budget was very interactive so that we got exactly what we wanted.
  
  Bill was our foreman on both projects and he was always ready to stop by to talk over the progress and address any questions or concerns we had.
  
  They have a good relationship with their subs as even years apart, they used the same electrician.
  
  What also stands out is that Roy stands by the work. When the bathrooms were being done, he made sure to touch up some minor wear and tear in the kitchen years after completing that project.
  
  A few weeks ago I ran into him and he again offered to stop by if we had any issues in either the kitchen or bathroom.
  
  All in all, a company that delivers!

  Our first floor had a very tiny full bath with awkward layout and at one time I had a contractor look at and he didn't think it was possible to expand. Overtime the idea to expand the bathroom grew stronger but not yet serious. I randomly posted a remodel request on Zillow. Rena from Bryhn Design contacted me and she arranged a phone meeting to discuss my potential project with both Rena and architect/owner Roy. They were up front with me that my budget set in my Zillow request was not too realistic and expressed their interest to take on the project. I believe it must be the sincerety and the confidence from them persuaded me to take chance with Bryhn Design. Well, we made a good decision. Roy's design totally blew us away completely. We end up getting a decent sized full bath suite to our existing guest room and an additional powder room within our limited floor space which is beyond our imagination. Rena presented us the flooring materials, furniture and accessory choices and we liked all her suggestions. She has a great taste in interior design. The crew who carried Roy's design into reality is also amazing. Chad who lead the construction has been informative and responsive. The construction zone has always been kept neat after each day of work. With the pandemic going on, we are fortunate to have another place to stay in order to get the project going after a pause. Now it's nearly completed and we love our new space. Thanks our entire team in Bryhn Design to make our dream come true.
