(July 10, 2023, 9:18 am)After being told by the folks at another bike repair shop that my cherished old beater was irreparable I took it to Randy and he didn’t bat an eye. Gave me a great price to do the repairs. He is a lovely person. I highly recommend Brumell’s!

(March 28, 2023, 8:14 am)Stopped in here on a whim for the first time yesterday and I would definitely go back! Randy was very kind, knowledgeable, and excited to chat about bike. He got me taken care of with the parts I needed and even cut me a deal. It's definitely a smaller shop so there isn't a ton in terms of off the shelf parts and scheduling might be busy (personally did not get any service scheduled), but it seemed like if you needed anything Randy would take care of it. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely recomend Brumell's.

(September 18, 2022, 8:33 am)Dropped my bike off for a tune up and to have a spongy brake looked at. All around great experience. Fair prices, great service and my bike came back super clean. I have found that other places don’t go the extra mile to simply clean up the bike as part of a tune up.

He confirmed he could address our needs over the phone and responded to our questions kindly. Finally, before we set off he directed us to a local path that was appropriate for our group.
