  It has been just over a year that my mother passed an unexpected death. This review is long past due but I haven’t been able to write due to the trauma The Brookside Family, is how I refer to the entire staff because they work in such unison. They were not only professional but were very heartwarming in the way they took care of all the arrangements. Not only was the venue beautiful and calming without a thing out of place but the care of my mother was fabulous. She looked beautiful. They captured the essence of what was needed without too many words. They lead you through the process at a time when making a decision was difficult. To this day and at my mother’s Celebration of Life luncheon everyone has commented that it was the most beautiful ceremony they’ve ever seen . The Brookside Family makes this transition process for the decedent in such a dignified manner that it elevates some of the grief from the family. It made it easier to accept my mother’s next journey.

  I cannot thank nor say enough about our experience at Brookside!!! when our Mom passed we immediately called the Albini family. We were comforted that our mother was in the care of their family and staff, never having to leave their beautiful facility. Every detail of the arrangements was meticulously handled. We even had to cancel services due to family illness. Everything was rescheduled and notifications sent out for a smooth and seamless reschedule. Thank you entire Albini family and staff!!!!

  Penny, Ray, Maria and the entire Brookside team were terrific from beginning to end. They provide a clean and beautiful facility, walked us through every step of the process with kindness and understanding, and were always flexible and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure our arrangements were handled with dignity and in the manner we chose. Highly recommend Brookside.

  My family and I will forever be grateful to Ray, Penny, & the team at Brookside.
  Their kindness & detail oriented guidance through the painful process of planning our father’s funeral was invaluable.
  The day of the funeral, while the most heartbreaking day of our lives, was also a day of celebration & love. Ray, Penny, & their therapy dog Libby, supported me and my family through the day, and we were able to simply grieve. We didn’t have to worry about anything because they anticipated our every need.
  
  There aren’t enough words of praise & gratitude.
