Will Donohue understood exactly what we were looking for and connected us with the perfect boat for our family. Will went the extra mile to make sure the boat was in perfect shape before the purchase was complete, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is our family’s first boat, but Brookfield Bay Marina has a loyal customer for life. Many, many thanks to Will Donohue and everyone at Brookfield Bay Marina!

(August 23, 2020, 6:29 pm)Purchased a Pontoon 2 years ago, from Brookfield without any issues. Also been at the marina for 2 years without any issues. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Security overnight so we’ve never had a problem with anything missing. I’d recommend Brookfield Bay for sure.

(June 1, 2020, 9:55 am)This was my family's first boat purchase and we were a little anxious going into the process. We originally went to Brookfield Bay to look at a used boat, but ultimately purchased a brand new 2020 Bennington. I have to say that this was the best experience we've ever had buying anything anywhere. The sales associate who helped us from day one is a young man named Will Donahue. He is warm and knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and helped us make a good decision with zero pressure. Will was always available, but on a day where we needed to visit the showroom, he had us work with his colleague Brooks Baldwin who was equally helpful. Throughout the process, everyone in the Brookfield Bay organization, made us feel welcome and taken care of. On the day of our closing, all was ready on time and Cathy took us through the document process efficiently and with patience, explaining all the documents. Within minutes we were on our new boat. Of course, they had a very thoughtful gift basket with champagne for us to christen our new boat. The people who work at Brookfield Bay treated us like friends and there is clearly a family orientation from the top. After our closing I called the owner Jim Virgintino to tell him how much we enjoyed the experience and working with Will. It was clear that Jim impresses on his staff the importance of taking care of people. We highly recommend Brookfield Bay for your boat purchase. We'll be customers for life.

Will helped us pick out the right boat, walked us through all the necessary steps and went above and beyond his job to ensure that we were 100% happy. Jim and staff at the marina have always been extra helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
