  This is where good cust/service lives...Lisa the owner and staff were very friendly and took care of our needs..clean...safe...quite..close to the beach..walking distance to many restaurants ..you will be coming back here..

  My family and I have stayed here twice and we love it!
  The owners are extremely nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the location has many restaurants within walking distance and it is quiet, which is perfect for a good night’s rest.

  I've stayed here twice and I would stay here again. The room was OK. The beds were way softer than what I am used too. The bathrooms could use some updating. The shower was very small, and the shower head needed help. That said, I don't expect modern perfection in beach motels like this. The staff is very friendly. The location works well for me, but it is several blocks to the beach. I'm not a fan of the smoking right outside the rooms.

  Very nice motel and quality for what I paid. It was clean, modern, and cozy for being a motel. It got chilly when I was there (late April), and there was no heat (no radiators anywhere in my room), but the receptionist gave me an extra blanket, and he was very responsive and professional, and I managed ok once I got the extra blanket… still a bit chilly, but ok. Im still giving it 5 stars because it was an extremely good value for the price ($85/night in the off season), and I think places should be rated on their quality-price breakpoint, and in this regard this motel is well worthy of 5 stars. In the high season their prices are much higher. It’s also a nice location, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was attracted by the reviews which said this is NOT a party place, and it was right: I had a restful night’s sleep and the other guests seemed courteous and mindful to not be loud or boisterous.

  We stayed here on the night of the 23rd of Sept 2022. Great little place! Rooms were the expected size for a small motel. Very clean. There is a small and amazingly clean pool. This place is close to the boardwalk and several restaurants in the area. 7-11 is down the street. The guy at the desk was VERY helpful and friendly. The older bathrooms were fantastic! It was like going back in time with the old faucet knobs and floor to ceiling tile. That old tile was so clean and well kept. We are carpenters and we were both amazed. We will def drive out from PA again to stay here for a couple of nights.
