  Returning to work after Maternity leave is very difficult, B&E Middletown really helped navigate that hard transition as a new parent of leaving your infant with people you are unfamiliar with. They provided constant communication and made us feel safe leaving our daughter in their hands. We moved 4 houses down from the Bright & Early in West Hartford, but we love the staff so much at the Bright & Early in Middletown that we would rather drive to Middletown and keep our daughter there than the convenience of walking to her to the West Hartford branch. Our daughter not only loves the staff but also the rock wall they have in the indoor gym. I can not recommend B&E Middletown enough! You won't be disappointed with the care they provide for your child.

  Where can I start....We switched our kids over to Bright & Early a year or so ago, never looked back. We love this early childhood center. Everyone is amazing. The director Kaitlyn and assistant director Jenn are truly special people. They go above and beyond for the families that are enrolled at the center. If every an issue arises, Miss Kaitlyn and Miss Jenn handle with wonderful professionalism and care. They are truly wonderful. I can't say enough wonderful things about them! The team they have at Bright & early are just as wonderful. Dropping your child off with anyone is hard and weighs heaving on a parent's heart, but this team ensures your worries are at ease. Just a wonderful place!!!

  My son attended preschool here with an amazing teacher. We made the decision to change to a new preschool, ONLY because the location was closer to our home. HUGE MISTAKE! We never experienced anything close to the kindness and care that Bright and Early offered. I always regret leaving, and highly recommend making the trip to this location. The convenience of a closer daycare is not in any way worth going elsewhere. My son loved it here, and Iwish we had never left.

  My child has been attending B&E for the last year. It is a tough enough decision to send your child to daycare, let alone during a pandemic. The staff has been amazing from the beginning. Bailey always took the time to answer every one of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I was sent pictures of the teachers and letters from them before they met my child. The daily communication through the app they use has been so helpful, constantly getting feedback on progress and any updates etc. it is awesome to be able to see pictures throughout the day of my child and know they are doing well and are safe and enjoying their time. I know they are in good hands here. We went through a lot of changes this year, and all of the staff has been so supportive and helpful. At drop offs when they were outside, always greeting us with a smile, to helping us ease the transition inside with distractions and giggles. I can’t say enough good things about B&E. We love all our teachers and staff there!!

  My daughter has attended Bright & Early for the last two years and they have truly been amazing! All of the teachers and staff are so helpful and attentive! They are so good with the children and make them feel so welcome! The transition when my daughter first started was extremely tough, but everyone was so caring and helped her adjust. Now she loves going and wants to stay longer! The way they work with the school system so that she can receive the services she needs has been so helpful. Also, they have handled everything wonderfully throughout Covid, keeping everyone safe and allowing the children to get the education that they deserve! My daughter will be going to kindergarten in the Fall and I know she is prepared thanks to Bright & Early!! We are going to miss her teachers and everyone so much!
