  Working at Bridges by Epoch at Norwalk has brought me so much joy. The residents as well as the staff have become a second family to me. The wellness staff is knowledgeable and kind and always willing to help. Our life enrichment team is always learning better ways to communicate with the residents and keep them engaged. The management team is always striving to improve on the quality of care and educating the employees; and the dietary staff focus on a healthy and mindful diet. It has been a pleasure to work with such a wonderful team.

  Bridges is a breath of fresh air! The staff is Amazing, Caring and Willing to go the Extra mile for the Reidents! Coree DON and Denise the scheduler, go Above and Beyond to ensure the staff and residents needs are met. I have worked many places as an agency nurse! I became staff due to the home like environment, care of the residents and staff!!!

  I have worked for other communities; however, I have found my home with Bridges by Epoch at Norwalk. Bridges is one of the most family-oriented communities. The community is warm and inviting. And the staff is impressive and very attentive to our residents. To hear staff say I love my job brings me joy. To see the interaction and the smile on our resident’s face warms my heart every time .

  I highly recommend Bridges by Epoch in Norwalk. My mother lived there for about eight months, and during that time she was treated with gentle kindness, respect, and loving care. As her memory continued to fail, the staff was sweet and very attentive to her. Mom benefited greatly from their skilled nursing and daily care, and I was always treated so thoughtfully whenever I came to visit her. The administration and front office staff were welcoming from the first moment of inquiry to the day she passed. The nursing staff was always helpful in answering my questions and attending to my requests. They took a real interest in my mom and met her changing need’s immediately. Her care providers showed genuine love and appreciation for her, and for that and all described above, I am truly grateful.

  Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk is a warm, friendly environment that naturally makes you feel at home. Inside the décor is calm and pleasing. The courtyard is blooming with vibrant colors that residents, families, and staff enjoy. If you are looking for a secure, homelike environment I recommend taking a look at this community.
