(April 21, 2023, 6:47 pm)Nursing homes try their best but they are not the place your loved one wants to be. The nurses and aides are happy at this facility. We thought the check in process could have been done a little better. No one was able to talk to us for an hour or so after she was brought in from the hospital. We did not see the PT or Doctor until the next day but she arrived later on in the day from the hospital.

(March 29, 2023, 7:21 pm)My husband was there for approximately 3 weeks. I personally found the staff exceptional! And so did my husband. OT/PT was incredible. I would like to thank everyone for the wonderful care that my husband received. All staff members are amazing!

(January 11, 2023, 8:24 pm)My beloved 93yrs young grandmother Catherine Hanrahan is cared for at your facility. I'm grateful for health measures taken to ensure the well being of residents, how clean it is (even under remodeling) & light atmosphere. Most importantly, the Employees/Nurses/Dr's there who Genuinely Care. They take time to ensure residents are Comfortable/have a friendly conversation with daily with, accommodate visitors having a pleasant welcome, answering any questions, even heating up food family brings them! *Only negative she's had is scheduled meals not being hot by the time it gets to her room on the top end. This career is far from easy, but haven't met one person showing they're checked out/ having a bad day! Other places I've visited definitively left you feeling your loved one was not in good hands... My 96yr old Great Grandma (Catherine's mother) wasn't looked after properly at a nursing home & sadly died from suffocation on her own bed restraints. That would never happen at Briarcliff!!!! From the Family and myself we are so Grateful To You All for Everything you do!! Even if my grandma doesn't tell ya-Thank You!!!
