  I had 4 floors done by Brian's. 3 out of 4 were perfect from the start. The 4th floor had some issues that required a couple extra fixes and then, ultimately, a replacement. This company really stands behind the job they do and the final product.

  Brian's Professional Floor Covering is awesome! This is our 2nd carpet installation by Brian’s in the past 3 years. Right from the start Jesse at the showroom was very friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re completely satisfied. The carpet is high quality, made in the USA, and readily available. The installation crew were prompt, polite and worked until the job was done. Highly recommend Brian's Professional Floor Covering!

  We moved into the area from out of town and immediately purchased a home whose floors needed some TLC. We were recommended Brian's Professional by our realtor. It was a great experience from start to finish. The store manager Jesse is very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and an overall great guy. We ended up getting the carpet replaced on the second floor, new hard wood installed in two rooms, as well as vinyl plank laid in the kitchen and laundry room. The installation crew was outstanding, both in the technical quality of their work, as well as being courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Brian's Professional Floor Covering.

  UPDATE 2:
  
  Since my original post, several people came out to look at the floor and door. They took measurements and replaced the door, trying to color match (pictures included). They also fixed the major separation in the tiles. Thank you for the rapid response and fix!
  
  UPDATE:
  
  Within 12 hours of posting my original review, I was contacted about my post with an acknowledgement that the work was poorly done and a pledge to make it right. It was refreshing.
  
  It took me over a year to notice many of the defects (other than the door), and I never complained or reported it to the owner. This was the first he heard of it from me. My previous complaints were all to the installers (that I was told are no longer with the company) while they were doing the job -- never to the owner or management.
  
  The fact that he found my contact information from a job 3 years ago so quickly tells me I was wrong in assuming I had long since passed my window to contact the owner.
  
  I'll update my review again after the rest of this plays out, but I'm optimistic and currently impressed.
  
  ORIGINAL REVIEW:
  
  The workmanship was very poor on the whole. We complained about one part of the flooring that was terrible and they fixed it. But when they needed to shorten the door they couldn't be bothered to make it straight. We also noticed really poor tile laying after they left. I added pictures of what I'm talking about.
  
  Floors (and door) are worse than before they did it. But it cost us about $7K. Never going back.

  Jesse helped me from the start. I was able to use his resources and knowledge to get exactly what I wanted. Was able to take as many sample boards home that I could carry. I finally decided on the flooring I wanted and the turnaround and delivery to the shop was FAST. I recommend Brian's flooring... just have a game plan and be serious about what you are doing. Quality floors at a reasonable price. Jesse was who I worked with and all good in my opinion. Thanks Again
