I have been a patient of Dr Margolis for 2 years. He and his staff are caring, professional and totally focused on providing optimal care. Last year I had a complicated sinus lift implant. Before his retirement, Dr Mender did this procedure. Before, during and after the implant, Dr Mender, Dr Margolis and the staff explained everything. Afterwards, Dr Mender called to check in on me and my recovery.

I went to Dr. Margolis with a long history of tooth grinding and clenching causing me to break several crowns on posts at the gumline. As a result, these teeth needed to be extracted (my two front and one adjacent). Dr. Margolis carefully walked me thru all treatment options explaining the potential issues and outcomes of each and answering all of my questions. The end result was a strategy that would ensure the strongest implants and long-term success. Dr. Margolis performed all services from the extractions through the final implants, including a ridge split/bone expansion (yes, that is as pleasant as it sounds). He had a great bedside manner coaching me thru each step with caring and calm reassurance. It was a difficult and lengthy process of procedure and healing but the end results were worth it. I have a beautiful restoration on (most importantly) a strong foundation that I have confidence in. I would, without hesitation, recommend Dr. Margolis. He is an absolute professional who very clearly strives to provide the best care for his patients. Thank you, Dr. Margolis and your staff!
I would highly recommend Doctor Margolis and his team ,The Periodontal Associates of Long Island. I have been going to the office for over 10 years. My experience has always been great. Doctor Margolis is a very gentle, kind man who listens to your every word. He takes time with you and explains everything. I recently had to have a tooth extracted and was very nervous. He calmed me and did a unbelievable job. I have no pain and felt great leaving the office. Also the cleanings are the best, I have never had a cleaning as good as there’s. Thank you Doctor Margolis for your expertise.
