  The front desk staff were nice and efficient. My eye exam was great and he thoroughly explained any concerns he had after taking a look at the scans of the back of my eyes. He was reassuring and I’m optimistic we can nip my problems in a bud. Found my new eye spot!

  I’m new to this location and I’m glad I made the switch. I’ve been using LensCrafters for the past 15 yrs at the Promenade Shops and got tired of driving so far since I live in Lansdale.
  The staff is super friendly and so helpful.
  Testing is the usual procedure depending on your needs.
  Dr. Durkski is so nice!! He was down to earth and didn’t make me feel like a number.
  The frame gallery is very modern and open which makes it so non claustrophobic. I love the sleek look and it makes shopping for frames easier without having to look down into a glass case. Great design.
  Frames appear to have the same selection as other locations. As for having them in stock, I did not purchase any frames so I do not know their inventory.
  Location is simple since it’s in the English Village Shopping Center. Route 309 northbound side and across 309 Cinema southbound.
  Cleanliness is great.
  Overall I really enjoyed my visit!!

  The staff there was very young and I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism that they demonstrated across the board. They helped me figure out my insurance when I set up my appointment and communicated well throughout the whole exam.
  In my other experiences it is rare to find a young staff be so professional and attentive to the patient. Great job - keep it up!!

  I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a long time and this office was great. They explained everything to me and walked me through the process. My complaints were listened to and I got the answers I needed. I appreciate the newer technology that makes the patient experience better. Thank you!

  One of the most detailed and pleasant eye appointments I have ever experienced. The staff was friendly and professional, and the young lady who did my initial eye checks was friendly and easy to work with. She was a jewel! The optometrist was thorough and efficient.
  I highly recommend this site for your next eye exam and purchase.
