Brent Mentro - State Farm Insurance Agent

I will first say that the customer service of this office is wonderful! Tina is the representative that I am currently working with and she was able to answer all of my questions. Even when I asked something that she was unsure of she immediately sought out the answer. She made the process of getting insurance very quick and easy. Which I loved. I was talked to like a person and not just another number. I would recommend this office and Tina any day. keep up the good work!!

I recently switched back to State Farm after being with another Insurance, who at the time I switched to, was significantly less then State Farm Insurance.
As of this review this particular insurance companies rates are ALOT higher then the national average and is currently rated the worst Insurance Company in the U.S.
While with this particular Insurance company I had switched to, I was receiving significant Bi-yearly rate increases despite never having made a claim once in over a decade with this company.
I decided to switch back to State Farm, as I was quoted a much lower overall multi-policy rate then I was getting from the other insurance company.
I chose Agent Brent Mentro’s Office as it was fairly close to where I live and each time I called Brent’s office I was treated with courtesy and professionalism.
When I finally had the chance to go to Brent Mentro’s Office I was warmly greeted by the entire office staff and felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer.
If your thinking of switching insurance companies I highly recommend giving Brent’s Office a call. They will treat you like you deserve to be treated.
