  Wonderful place, super clean, friendly staff. Their products are really nice for a good price too. My only issue with this place is the parking lot. Exiting can be a bit dangerous because you can’t really see the incoming cars.

  I hate to give 2 stars. I usually have a great experience at Breakwater Roselle Park. I just left the facility after buying an eighth of the pie eyed. On the menu it says 31% THCA and I’m now driving in my car home and the label on the jar says 28% THCA. Not cool!!! Thanks Breakwater for at least letting me know that the jars or less THC.
  
  So now 4 stars!! I’m happy to say that a real nice representative called me and explained the THCA issue. I’m always grateful when people go out of there way to make good of a small problem!!!

  This is an excellent dispensary. They have a nice selection of products, which are typically unique to Breakwater. Staff is usually very knowledgeable and quite helpful.
  
  This facility only services medical patients. Open 7 days a week. There is sufficient free parking, but the lot and driveway are in need of maintenance and repair.

  What can i say. As a medical pt on nj i am thankful for breakwater. The cannabis they grow absolutely is wonderful and always delivers. It's only my 2nd visit but not my last by far! Thanks guys

  I've been a Breakwater customer for about two years now and always liked their Cranbury location. However, since their second location opened in Roselle Park I started going there exclusively for my medical cannabis needs. I'm very happy about that too.
  
  The employees are always so friendly and welcoming everytime I pay them a visit. What I mean is they remember you, I don't feel like "just a customer". I bought a cart recently and long story short the glass case shattered when I tried to twist the loose tip when I had about 80% of it left. I told my budtender about it today and asked if I can speak to someone and Layne (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) replaced the cart for me. I was so appreciative of that.
  
  Needless to say, I'll be returning here again for my cannabis needs. Of course their menu is also another reason I come to Breakwater. Their menu is also expanding with more ways to smoke or consume cannabis. I really like their small batches and hope a few become regular menu items. Highly recommended dispensary to visit if you're a medical cannabis patient.
