  I first discovered the BTM2 program and the awesome people behind it in August of 2020. Still to this day, I am unaware of a more efficient weight loss program or a better team of people to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend Breakthrough M2 to any and everyone who is serious about losing weight and keeping it off!

  Nan and team are amazing. I feel great and I have learned to eat differently and use spices and food tastes better. I eat and I don't have that I have stuffed feeling. My coaches were great support helped me understand what is happening in body to lose and keep weight off! My husband also joined the program and he is happy feeling great and fitting into pants he hadn't for into in 5 years.

  Wow! This program really works. I've lost 20 lbs in 7 weeks. It's amazing. No other diet I've ever tried could do that. You learn healthy eating habits, you eat real food, not prepackaged garbage, and it's easy to follow. You also have the support of your personal coach and further encouragement from Facebook group members. Try it, you won't be sorry... You have nothing to gain and everything to lose!!

  It has been a very successful 6 weeks. I lost 23 lbs and my husband lost 34 lbs. Coach Donna was wonderful through the process. We now move on to transition with Coach Diane. Thank you Breakthrough M2 for inspiring us to move down 3 sizes in our clothes.

  For years I was unable to live the scale no matter the effort I put into diet and exercise. I was referred to this program and after my free phone consult I knew I was going to start the next chapter of my weight loss journey! The program is simple and WORKS! I reached my goal weight and have maintained it! My coaches were amazing and always answered all my questions. You learn how to eat healthy foods without the quilt!
