  I had an amazing experience working with Brantley Development Corp. As a real estate agent that works with corporate clients, when these clients entrust me to chose the vendors to work on their homes, its very important that the work is top-notch, and high quality as my relationship with the client is on the line. Brantley Development Corp went above and beyond to deliver when I had selected them to work on one of my client's high value assets to do a complete overhaul. The home was severely distressed and Brantley restored it beautifully so that we can market it to find a new owner. They replaced the electric panel and rewired the eletctric throughout the entire home, re-did most of the drywall in the home, painted the entrie home, and restored the damaged inground pool. the quality and attention to detail was above and beyond expectations! A++++ Thanks Brantley Dev Corp!

  We contracted Brantley Development Corp to remodel our kitchen. They were very professional and helped us with making our design ideas practical. During cabinet and wall demolition we encountered remnants of old water damage from a damaged water line, they were able to fix the issues and still stay on time and on budget. When the time comes to upgrade our bathrooms we know whom we’ll be calling. Definitely recommend!

  When we desired to renovate our bathroom we invited several contractors to bid. Brantley Development was not the cheapest how ever their straightforwardness about potential issues and the absence of a hard sell made our choice clear.
  We were not disappointed, their design blew us away. During construction they protected the surrounding areas and left the surrounding areas clean after every shift. The final product was even better than we hoped for. They helped us keep to budget and even thou material shortages kept from keeping the schedule they communicated well and did not leave us in suspense. Great work guys !!
