(August 11, 2023, 1:46 pm)Our experience at Brandywine Eye Center was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Cindy at the front desk was a dream come true, the best office staff I've ever encountered.
Dr. Andrew Shyu was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and non-judgmental which was very important to us.
Thank you to the staff you are 100% top notch. -

Dr. Shyu takes his time to ask if you have questions and to explain any concerns. He also shares what is good with your exam. I highly recommend Dr. Shyu

Dr Shyu provided detailed explanations and treatment options in a reassuring caring professional manner. I felt so much better afterward regarding my eyesight in the present and for the future. It is reassuring to know Dr Shyu & his marvelous team will be there.

(July 6, 2023, 2:14 pm)Found him on google after so much frustration with other offices. The receptionist, Cindy, was very pleasant on the phone and extremely helpful! This was my first visit here and I have already recommended several people. Dr Shyu is very nice, caring and patient. He doesn't try to hurry you out of his chair. He takes his time needed with you during the appointment. He not only listens to your concerns but gives good advice and answers your questions. You will have a full understanding of what you went for as well as a solution. I am definitely sticking with this practice!
