  I highly recommend Brainy Betties to anyone who wants to be comfortable in their own skin! This fitness boutique is about much more than just weight loss. It is about understanding how what we believe in regards to our looks, our food choices and our life patterns dictates the our feelings and actions for everything we do! Learn how to enjoy the body you have and nourish it so it can serve you well!

  I lost 98lbs with diet and exercise in 2011. And since then I have been stuck on this yo-yo dieting/food obsession. I am great when I’m on a plan. But I want to eat “normal” And be successful without some “fad” diet plan. There is a huge psychological part involved that people do not tell you with weight loss. I need to learn how to keep it off long term (like forever !)! that is where I have found Ashley /Brainy Betties to be my answer. I have Even worked with a psychologist over my food obsession,
  No luck. It goes deeper than that ! I need to change the way I think of food and how I relate myself to food, body image, diet and exercise. I’m done with dieting (gaining 20 (spending hundreds to lose it ) then gaining then repeat ...repeat..I need to be able to do this on my own.I need to learn why I have this obsession. My thought process with food. How to just be “normal” and STOP yo-yo diet that is where her skills come in! The closest person I know is in Connecticut. So the fact that we have someone RIGHT here is AMAZING. Her way will “retrain” your brain and have you looking at food but MOST importantly BODY IMAGE differently . I’m so grateful she is right here...locally ❤️

  Brainy Betties is amazing. Ashley is so supportive, caring and compassionate. Such an amazing place to really support you (as an individual) to meet your personal goals and be your personal best.

  I am new to Brainy Betties but very much looking forward to my journey with Ashley. I am confinent that Ashley is focused on my physical well being, healthy eating guidance and overall mindset as a woman. The environment is very friendly.

  A truly integrative approach to fitness, food and mindset. My experience with Ashley has been life changing. I believe that anyone who has asked themselves: "why can't I just eat less and exercise more?" Would benefit from this new approach to weight training and a healthiee relationship with food.
