Brace Place: Dr. Joshua Z. Epstein

What a great experience we had at Brace Place! Both my 15 yr old son and 13 yr old daughter needs braces. The staff is amazing and so friendly - I had to cancel our first appt at the last minute and they were so accommodating with rescheduling us. Dr. Epstein was kind and caring with my kids. He made a friendly sibling competition bet with them, who knew getting braces could be fun!? Everything was explained to us about Invisalign. My oldest daughter had braces many years ago but we didn’t come to Brace Place and now I can say without a doubt that I wish we came here instead! In comparison there is no comparison to Dr. Epstein, he is awesome! Dr. Epstein and his entire staff makes the whole process of getting braces effortless and with so much professionalism and care. If I could give them 10 stars I would, 5 stars is not enough!

I heard about Dr. Epstein’s great reputation by word of mouth. I had consulted a few other orthodontists (all well recommended), but my consultation with him at the Brace Place was significantly more comprehensive and lent to a high level of confidence compared to the others.

My son is finishing his second phase of treatment and we could not be any more thrilled with both Dr. Epstein and his staff. We are always greeted with a smile and the office is run with the utmost organization. We NEVER have to wait and that is a big plus. The staff is super friendly and always makes me and my children feel comfortable and welcome. My daughter is an anxious and apprehensive patient and has been having her complimentary consults with them for a few years already. I can say with confidence she will be comfortable when it comes time to her treatment bc they have already welcomed her. Dr. Epstein is the ultimate professional and I trust him and his treatment plan 100%. He always makes sure my children are his first priority when they are in his chair and takes interest in their lives outside of the office too. Dr Epstein treats his patients and their parents as if they were his own family. That’s very hard to find these days. I truly believe that there is no other orthodontist to see besides the Brace Place and more specifically Dr. Josh Epstein.

I was kept informed from the very start of the process, and was treated with consideration and patience. The doctors and the front line staff at the Brace Place made me feel like family, and addressed all of my concerns. I highly recommend this doctor and facility!

I’ve had an absolute 5+ star experience at a Brace Place. Dr. Epstein and his team are all extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, they are perfectionists. It’s nice to have complete confidence that you’re in good hands. And the administrative staff couldn’t be any more courteous or accommodating. I was also very impressed by how cutting edge their technology is! Fantastic across the board, highly recommend.
