  Ben had me feeling like a professional boxer after one class. I’ve never boxed before but I learned so much so quick! Great cardio workout as well. Couldn’t be happier with this class! 10/10

  Ben’s style of coaching is so transformational, both physically and mentally. He genuinely wants everyone he works with succeed and become the best version of themselves after working with him. His workouts are super challenging, focused, and always push you beyond your own limits. Ben has been such an amazing and positive influence in my life and so many others :)

  I’ve been boxing with Ben for about 6 months now & he’s the best! The training sessions are both challenging & super fun with him! He brings a great energy, pushes you past your mental limits, is very encouraging and keeps it real with you! Highly recommend if you are thinking about trying out boxing!!!!

  One of the best trainers! Ben genuinely wants to see everyone do their best and succeed, inside and outside the gym. Always motivating and pushing us to our limits to become stronger!

  The best person to go to for my first time boxing ever ! I felt comfortable and confident and by the end of it felt like I could fly !!! I highly recommend working with Ben he has a love and passion for what he does and you won’t regret working with him he will have you believing in yourself to do things you wouldn’t have thought twice about .
