I don't know what she is talking about, I've been a customer here for over 10 years and the guys are so friendly and quick to please. I happen to know that recently they have fallen on hard times, they have suffered losses to staff and are very short handed and are trying so hard to find a gas attendant and somebody to work inside the c store. So, unfortunately I know that the Mechanics had to fill in by playing multiple rolls running in and out of the bays to cover the c store taking care of customers and manning the Self Serve Islands and answering the business phone lines all at the same time, all while trying to give outstanding customer service all in this blistering heat and most of the time they don't even get a chance for a decent lunch break.
But yet, the keep their composure and remain friendly and courteous, making ever effort to keep the customer happy.
So, next time Nathalie if you don't want to wait in your nicely air conditioned car while these poor guys sweat in the heat, go to the self serve island and pump your own gas.
