(June 24, 2023, 11:06 pm)We traveled in from New York was a great middle location. To meet friends from the other direction. very happy we decided to entertain our friends here!
The multiple large screen TV's along the bowling lanes was the best we ever saw! Was also lucky to have Boston Red Sox showing on our lane [ my kids team] and then Toronto Blue Jay's [sorry my team] the next lane. No TV fighting for tv time, was great!
Now best part of this location is their customer service!!! As I mentioned we are not local; on my way home [already on the mass pike] something made me realize something valueable was missing. While at a service stop called and confirmed they found it. they offered to mail it to me and refused taking payment for the ngr going out of the way to do so.
Springfield you have a diamond gem! Hope you all get to enjoy some time here! Service that's hard to find anymore! -

(May 21, 2023, 8:47 pm)Great location and plenty of parking. Inside (including the restrooms and changing area) were very clean. There was not alot of staff there but the few, really hustled and had such a positive attitude. We had a birthday party and the employees were on point with whatever needs we had. Overall we, and our guests had a great time. Will go back soon!

(February 27, 2022, 8:02 am)Who doesn't love to bowl? Went with a group and had a blast. The alley is old and could use better cleaning, like a bus boy. Several tables full of eaten food not picked up. It was a busy night, maybe it is not always like that. But the equipment worked fine. Modern scoring system. Lots of big TV's on each alley. They had specials the night we went. Plenty of big loaner balls and had my size of shoes available too. Lots of parking and fairly clean old bathrooms.
