Andrew came early to set up everything as I pushed up the party . He also told me to text him if there are any issues during the party. I can not tell you how pleased I was with the entire service. I am a hard person to please, and I would highly recommend them to everyone

They worked around my drop-off time request, and the bouncy castle was exactly as described, and in good condition. He spent a lot of time cleaning it after setup to ensure it was ready to go. The overall experience couldn't have gone better.

The weather was uncertain so he kept in contact with us to come up with the best plan for setting up an obstacle course. Everyone had a ton of fun racing and the popcorn machine was perfect for everyone! Thank you!

(June 28, 2023, 9:54 am)Had a great experience using Bouncy Time Part Rentals. I would definitely use them again. They contacted me the day before to confirm times and adjust delivery due to rain. They adjusted delivery the day of again due to rain. We were lucky enough that the rain stopped right in time for the party. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly from quote to install and pickup.

(April 22, 2023, 6:51 am)Kevin and Andrew are the best! They were so accommodating when we had to change the party date because of weather. They were pleasant to work with and great price! Their equipment is clean and in great condition. We have ordered a couple bounce houses from them and we will definitely be long standing customers!!
