We have a wonderful time this weekend there with 16 family members. The Tentrr was wonderful! We were well taken care of by Joy, the caretaker who made everything perfect. Our only complaint would be that we were awakened at 7:05 AM Saturday morning by the sounds of heavy construction equipment at the back of the property… otherwise it was perfect. A great private campground experience that we will go back to…we could even bring our puppy! Thanks Alex, Rich and Joy for a great family campground!
Great camp ground. Been here for days. I love the new bathrooms, so clean and nice. The campground attendant is a sweet heart. The free ice was awesome. It was quiet and beautiful.
Really enjoyed my stay here with a group of 7 people. Kayla (sorry if spelling is not correct) at the front desk was really lovely and helpful! There is a small campstore with firewood, fire starter, coffee, snacks, etc. A few single person public bathrooms w/shower for the campground. Bathrooms were new and clean. The campsites were different sizes, so its best to call and ask which might be best to accommodate your group...ie I don't think our three tents would have fit on one of the smaller sites. Each site has a small grill, picnic table, firepit and two chairs. It was really pleasant that the campground wasn't crowded. It's the priciest campground I've ever been to, but I made the choice to stay here because the public campgrounds nearby had poor reviews. We were all happy with our choice and enjoyed the stay! Thank you!
We Camped at Boulder Point during Memorial Day Weekend. We were a large group escaping the NYC quarantine and we really had a fantastic time. Really close to the city, which made it really easy to get to and at the same time, far away from it all. The woods and open areas are really beautiful. There are no RVs, which makes the night really quiet (no lights, no motor noise). Friendly and chilled campground staff and dogs, who stopped by (maybe a tad too often, especially the dogs) and asked if you needed anything. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. Close to very nice hikes and with a very convenient ice machine! There were comfy tables and chairs at each site. We are already planning our next visit!
