  Dover, Delaware store
  
  I was looking for a pair of boots that are out of stock in MOST of the stores in the US, so I checked this store's inventory.
  
  Perla looked very hard to find the boot based on my description only since I didn't have the item # or SKU.
  
  To my surprise, "Perla" found the boot and went above and beyond by offering to transfer the boot from Delaware to my local store, and "Tom" (Delaware store manager) was EXTREMELY AND INCREDIBLY helpful in making sure that the boots arrived in only a few days, and he made this a fun transaction.
  
  This store's customer service is on the level of Chick-Fil-A...I give it five stars!!!
  
  Thanks EVERYONE, especially "Tom, Perla , and the Kansas District Manager who cooperated with the Delaware store!

  Great place. The selection is just mind blowing. Thanks to John, he knows his stuff. He was extremely helpful. The employees keep everything in pristine order. Wish my budget allowed more. Pass by and watch your wallet scream because you just can't stop.

  I didn't find what I was looking for which were black premium nubuck Timberlands boots for my son's birthday. I will said they had the most beautiful array of cowboy boots and every color and material you could imagine the store is beautifully set up I almost bought a cowboy hat which I didn't need so LOL I was all I could do not to buy one!!! If you've never been in the store give it a shot it's definitely worth stopping in to see.

  We live an hour and a half away from the only Boot Barn in our area. We made the drive and it was well worth it! The store is gorgeous and the staff was wonderful! It was such a great experience that the following week we drove up again! Would love it if they were put a Boot Barn in Salisbury Maryland which is closer to our home. Will definitely visit again!
