If you are driving past this place, definitely make a stop. Amazing selection of vinyl records at great (and I mean great) prices. The store owner Pat was helpful and so friendly! They also have a website with some of the inventory if you want to check it out before visiting. I bought an absurd number of records and can’t wait to go back and get more!
This place has a fantastic selection of vinyl, sweet plants, a beautiful collage mural - owned by the drumming legend Paddy Boom. A total find + great place to hang and get rare records.
This little house of wax and flora is a worthy new destination in the Catskills for all cool cats and kittens. Come listen to impeccably curated sounds being spun by the legendary Paddy Boom while you dig through the excellent collection of vintage vinyl, find a new favorite air fern or score some original art. Near Windham and Hunter mountains and only a few minutes off the Thruway - Boom & Bloom is totally worth a side trip when you’re in the area.
This place is a real gem! When in the Catskills, you'll want to pop into Boom and Bloom and check them out. These guys are not just the best at what they do, I'm pretty sure they're the only ones that do what they do. Super creative flower and plant arrangements and all killer, no filler, records. Where on earth are you going to find that? While the space is no warehouse, you'll be amazed at how many 'must get' records are in the stacks. As a super bonus, the owners are sweet people and have great stories to tell. Enjoy.
Best vinyl finds in the area. Lovely flowers, inventive arrangements. The records are excellent quality, and always a great selection. It’s not a question of ‘if’ you will find something you like …. because after a short time there you’re likely to have a stack of good vinyl. Paddy Boom knows his stuff.
