(March 18, 2023, 10:58 pm)My father is there, because he had a heart attack today, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. The fact that this is a small hospital made me feel like my dad wasn’t “just another patient” and that my son and I weren’t just getting in the way. Everyone I encountered seemed like they genuinely care about the patients and even the visitors. Idk why this place has such awful reviews. They definitely don’t deserve them. My dad is getting transferred to a bigger hospital, that’s better equipped for what he’s going through; but I’m actually a little worried that they won’t be as good to us, as the people in the emergency room were, at Bon Secours. Thank you, seriously. You guys went above and beyond for us and it’s truly appreciated.
Edit: I was right; while Good Samaritan is a bigger and more equipped hospital, they were nowhere near as personable and kind, as the ER staff here was, on 3/17/23. Thanks again!
