  Integrity, honesty, and full transparency was just a small my experience with Dave and Susan. Dave met me on a Sunday. He answered all my questions and when things unfortunately and unexpectedly went sideways he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
  
  I have purchased many vehicles over the years and this is exactly how one would hope their experience would be.

  These are genuine people who work hard to accommodate for your personal needs going above and beyond to get my car that had hit a deer back on the road within 2 weeks so I didn’t have to lose my deposit on my vacation trip.   Bolton Collision Repair is a straight up honest business. I went to a local area Toyota dealer (that I had used before) for a rear break service on my old (2010 with over 200K miles) Toyota FJ and was quoted nearly $4000.00! I know, and I don't expect you to believe me, so I included a shot of that estimate on this review. Bolton Collision came in well less than half that, and told me there were parts on the Toyota estimate that I didn't need at all! Dave owns Bolton Collision and he is super friendly and knowledgeable. The service was done by Rick, and I was out of there in a day road-worthy and not broke. This isn't a complaint against Toyota. I don't leave negative reviews. But it has to be known that, by this comparison anyway, some shops are led astray by capitalizing hard upon customers, while others still have your best interests at hand. Thanks Dave and Rich!!!

  Great car buying experience! My son was searching for his first car. He found a car at Bolton Collision he wanted to look at. We drove from MA and my son loved it. Dave and Susan were so accommodating. When it was time to pick up the car, they offered to meet us half way! We are so happy with our purchase and felt that we got a fair and honest deal.

  Sometimes you back into things and don't want your insurance company involved. Dave met with me and was honest about doing something that was not necessarily going to make the car look like factory new and that it would probably take a week. No problem. The car is paid for and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on it. Brought the car in on a Friday and it was done Tuesday morning. You can't even tell I hit anything! Amazing work! Honest, clean and ethical. Wish I could give them 6 stars!
