My father was a top notch physician. This physician ranks in those high circles. After 3 weeks of nothing from my former primary care physician, this physician reviewed all of my post COVID pneumonia records and prescribed medication to help me breathe, clear the infiltrates from my lungs and saw me in person in the first week as his patient.
Doctor Bognet is very intelligent, factual, and thorough with his diagnoses and lab tests. If you are sick, they get you in an appointment very quickly (as an existing patient at least). You can be sure that your result is data-driven. They won’t throw around random “maybe” diagnoses just to push you out the door like some doctors. They will keep working with tests till they know what is wrong. Even after hours they will answer the phone if they are there.
Bognet can talk fast so be sure to have your listening ears on or a piece of paper handy for notes if you want to remember details. You might end up waiting a while, so be sure to have over 1 hour, maybe 2 hours cleared for your appointment. He can run late like any doctor, but this is because he makes sure each patient is cared for.
The office location is safe and convenient and we always find parking with ease. The waiting area can seem small if there are a lot of people waiting.
The office used to be paper-only, low-tech for records. They didn’t send in scripts and did apointment confirmations manually, however, with covid, the office has been becoming more electronic-friendly. It adds more work for the office but has been nice for us.
We’ve been going here a few years and enjoy our good care.
I am a new patient - long distance. I have done 3 telemed appointments with Dr. Bognet and his staff and am amazed by how thorough he is with bloodwork. No doctor has ever tested me for so many things (I'm glad we did because we found some issues.) I highly recommend!
