Bridget is an excellent personal trainer. She was able to quickly and correctly create an amazing workout for me the first time we met. After several sessions I keep coming back for more! She is fun to work with and is extremely knowledgeable.

BF and I both had massages; he got the Swedish, and I got the Myofascial. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as Bridget was fantastic. The next time we're in Great Barrington we'll be sure to go back.

I love massages and have had them all over the world in great places but the deep tissue massage Bridget gave me is literally at the top of my list now. Every ache and pain disappeared and my body felt completely centered and light. I was so relaxed it was hard to get off the table. I went back two days later because Bridget felt my neck area could use some extra treatment and she was so right. I still feel great over a week later.
