(January 9, 2023, 7:05 pm)I have found Janet to be extremely knowledgeable and able to perform various forms of physical therapy to obtain relief. She is very proactive as well, recommending various exercises and regimens that help speed recovery. Janet is very easy to work with, and every time I have had a PT session with her, I have left feeling much better than when I got to her office!

physical therapy or pain relief outside of traditional medication. -

(November 18, 2020, 9:35 am)Janet is the greatest! After a car accident and neck injury, I spent almost a year in physical therapy at another place with little improvement. I just happened to hear about Janet, and she healed my neck in just a few weeks. She also saved my husband from having knee surgery by giving him some simple stretches to do. She is a lovely person, easy to connect with, and her office is very well run and welcoming.

(September 26, 2019, 10:23 pm)Janet is a great PT and Body Flex is a unique PT experience. Caring is the best description. Totally personal care plans. Janet goes above and beyond to make clients feel better because it’s obvious she really cares about you. I love that she uses a variety of methods including acupuncture and cranial sacral therapy. Very holistic. I recommend Body Flex PT to anyone.
